GacoFlex 66S Reinforcing Polyester Mesh tape is a low profile, polyester fiber tape designed to form a strong, yet conforming membrane for GacoFlex Silicone Coatings.

Use 66S to reinforce plywood joints, concrete construction joints, concrete cracks, and joints between metal, fiberglass or insulation, and combinations of the above substrates in roof, deck and wall specifications. GacoFlex 66S can also be used for flashing at changes of plane and uneven surfaces.

GacoFlashFoam is a portable, high-density (3 lb. per CuFt) closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation designed for use alongside Gaco Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) roofing systems. A companion product to our GacoRoofFoam Series F2733 and F2780 (Low GWP), GacoFlashFoam is great for flashing curbs, parapets, walls, and penetrations, in addition to repair applications before the application of a GacoFlex coating. GacoFlashFoam bonds to any shape and substrate, eliminating common sources of leaks experienced with other flashings. 

 GacoFlashFoam is sold as a convenient self-contained kit that eliminates the need for additional equipment. 

The GacoFlashFoam kit consists of: 

• Two chemical components shipped in pre-pressurized canisters (A: isocyanate and B: polyol blend)
• A dispensing gun and 10′ hose
• Ten multi-purpose mixing nozzles
• Nitrile gloves
• A packet of petroleum jelly 
• Instructions for proper setup, operation, storage, and reuse of the kit

GacoPatch is a flashing grade, stand-alone silicone roof sealant designed to be installed in a single application on a variety of roof types including asphalt, single ply, metal, and most existing coatings. GacoPatch is now available in both a 2 gallon pail and a sausage tube.

It is a one-step application which reduces labor time and eliminates the cost of additional products such as primers, tapes, and top coats.

GacoPatch is a long-term solution for roof repairs because it is UV stable and does not chalk, crack, become brittle or break down over time. GacoPatch contains no asphalts or acrylics, and remains permanently flexible, even under ponding water. No additional reinforcement or extra
application steps are required for horizontal patches, even over ½” thick.

RoofTape is a fleece-backed self-adhesive tape consisting of butyls and EPDM rubber. RoofTape has excellent adhesive qualities and is highly resistant to temperature extremes and harsh UV rays. Its unique properties allow it to conform to just about any roof surface, providing a durable watertight seal.

RoofTape is intended for sealing seams, fasteners, edge transitions, small cracks, vents and drains before application of GacoRoof 100% Silicone Roof Coating.

LiquidRoofTape is a thick, high-build, rubber-like liquid consisting of 100% silicone and microfibers. The unique properties allow it to replace traditional rubber and mesh seam tapes when used in conjunction with GacoRoof 100% Silicone Roof Coating. LiquidRoofTape will fill cracks, voids and depressions; reinforce joints, seams, penetrations and transitions; and completely encapsulate fasteners and protrusions.

LiquidRoofTape will exhibit resistance to wear under light foot traffic. It is light gray in color, making it distinguishable from silicone top coatings.

GacoFlex WalkPad Granules are a custom blend of yellow quartz granules designed for use over GacoFlex SF2036 WalkPad to provide traction and resistance to wear under pedestrian maintenance traffic.

To complete the WalkPad system, simply spread the granules on top of WalkPad while it is still wet, to provide traction and resistance to wear under light foot traffic.
